Dillon is a seasoned mountain professional with over a decade of experience in rock climbing instruction, alpine guiding, and outdoor leadership. As an AMGA credentialed guide, AIARE Instructor, and Wilderness First Responder, he is committed to delivering safe, educational, and professionally guided experiences in complex mountain environments. Through AVMG, Dillon combines technical expertise, risk management, and a passion for mentorship to help clients build and competence in real terrain.
Sarah brings a diverse background in program management, community engagement, and outdoor industry experience to Ark Valley Mountain Guides. With experience in marketing, logistics, client communication, and event coordination, she helps ensure each course and guided day runs smoothly from first inquiry to summit. Her strengths in organization, relationship building, and detailed planning support AVMG’s mission of delivering meaningful and well executed mountain experiences.
